Return & Refund Policy

All our products are custom made-to-order through our printing partner. Because of this, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@mountainwizardllc.com.

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or preference changes.

  • Size exchanges or replacements may be ordered at the customer’s own expense.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as face masks) are non-returnable.


Shipping Issues

  • Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Shipments returned as unclaimed will require reshipment costs to be paid by the customer. After 30 days, unclaimed returns may be donated to charity.


Returns by Customer

  • Please contact us first at orders@mountainwizardllc.com before sending back any product.

  • Unauthorized returns sent directly to the fulfillment facility will not be accepted.


International & EU Customers

  • EU Consumers: As our products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or unsealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Brazil Customers: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item has not been used or damaged.
